Up until September 2011 Darrell Breen had been operating his earthmoving/demolition business around Christchurch with a variety of trucks and hydraulic equipment. Today, Darrell has seven UD trucks to his fleet.

After the earthquakes in Christchurch he and his partner Angie teamed up with CERA and many of the project management companies to join in the effort to clean up and rebuild our nation’s ‘Garden City’. It hasn’t been easy though, an arson attack in their yard October last year destroyed three trucks so the new Nissan Quon 420hp in the picture, is a welcome replacement.

Engineered by Winter Engineering and fitted out with NZH tipping products such as Delta hoist, Hydrocar PTO and pumps, and Oilpath valves resulting in a quality tipping system.

Darrell has worked closely and relied on his relationships with his suppliers to help him get through the hard yards, and we wish him a successful future.
