Roadmaster Trailers recently set up a 10-wheeler Hino for Alan MacDonald of Turf Grass Specialists, Auckland.

Designed as a flatdeck to cart palletised ready lawn and as a tipper to cart soil and other bulk products, the truck has a capacity of 600 square metres of ready lawn per load on 12 pallets.

It delivers its speciality product around greater Auckland, unloading with its self-sufficient KOOI forklift, carried at the rear of the deck.

NZH supplied the truck's hydraulic system – a K110 Harsh Hoist stability system, designed to prevent it tipping over on uneven ground. NZH also supplied the Hydrocar PTO, pump, and cab control, and Oilpath single spool control valve.
